Brackmann is celebrating its 20th anniversary. In honor of this milestone, we are sharing the stories of our people. Meet Floor Brauckmann, who has been part of our team as a legal assistant since August 2024. In addition to her work with us, she is studying law at Erasmus University.
Floor, you joined Brackmann in August 2024. What was your impression after your first day?
What immediately stood out to me was how close everyone is with each other. There is a real sense of involvement, both in the onboarding process and in the day-to-day work. I was given plenty of space to fully immerse myself in the organization and its content.
What makes this profession so interesting for you?
What makes this profession so fascinating for me is the constant search for solutions. It’s like a complex puzzle that you solve step by step – at first, it may seem impossible, but with patience and thorough research, everything eventually comes together. I find great satisfaction not only in finding a solution for a case, but also in continuously learning new things along the way.n.

Custom solutions are a key principle at Brackmann. How does this manifest in your work?
We invest a lot of time and energy into each case, ensuring that we can examine every detail thoroughly and help the client as effectively as possible. It’s not about working quickly, but about delivering thorough work, providing a complete and well-supported solution, always with a focus on punctuality and quality.
When do you consider it a good workday?
For me, a good workday is primarily one where I feel a sense of accomplishment. When I’ve completed a lot of work and made real progress. For example, when I can finalize and send four summonses, or publish a tender announcement. It’s rewarding to see the progress you’re making, and when you get to finish something you’ve been working on for a while, it really gives a great sense of satisfaction.
