Brackmann is evolving. How do you see the firm’s future growth?
Our niche is our strength—we are highly specialized as a firm. A key challenge is finding the right people who fit our team. At Brackmann, it’s not just about expertise; culture is equally important. We want to remain a team where we collaborate successfully and with great enthusiasm, both among ourselves and with clients and partners.
What is your contribution to Brackmann’s development and success?
My contribution is primarily pragmatic. I always focus on the practical side of things and am solution-oriented. Clients and colleagues can always count on me for an honest and expert approach. For me, the combination of integrity and professional knowledge is what truly matters.

Health and work performance are closely linked. How do you ensure that you stay both physically and mentally in top shape?
If family life allows, I get on my racing bike twice a week. It’s a moment just for myself, away from the daily hustle. I also really enjoy hybrid working.
Finally, Joris: What makes a workday successful for you?
A workday is successful for me when I can work with focus in a team where the atmosphere is positive.
