Pieter Smid
Lawyer
Pieter Smid is an attorney specializing in procurement law, advising both contracting authorities and bidders. His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, from services (ICT, facilities, HR) to construction (including civil and railway projects), and from the business world to the cultural sector. He has specialized knowledge and a strong affinity with Part 3 of the Procurement Act, which applies to special-sector companies.
